Fluoroscopy Facilities
Victoria Veterinary
Centre is now proud to announce that we have recently
invested in the most advanced form of diagnostic imaging
equipment, a "Fluoroscopy Unit". This machine
is rarely found in veterinary practice except at
veterinary schools and referral centres. It allows us to
view inside animals using "moving xray images".
It is used as an aid to diagnosing problems associated
with gut motility and abnormal blood flow to name but
two. It is a wonderful addition to our sophisticated
medical and surgical equipment.
Puppy Parties
Every Month
After a 6-month break, Puppy Parties
have been reintroduced at Victoria Veterinary Centre.
As part of our introduction to the
thrills of looking after a young dog, all puppies who
have completed their vaccination courses are now invited
to attend a puppy party.
These are held every 4-6 weeks in
the evening.
Our qualified veterinary nurses,
Vikki Parker and Charlotte Eyre run them.
The purpose of the party is for
owners to bring their puppy to meet others and learn to
socialise. Throughout the evening, Vikki and Charlotte
give you plenty of advise on all aspects of puppy care.
All members of the family are welcome, including
children. It is fun and informative, and puppies love it!
